Currently working on developing requirements that will seek to drive a change in the realignment of investment priorities to resource a new $43 million U.S. dollar program designed to integrate unique commercial space capabilities to include electro-optical, multispectral, and synthetic aperture radar imagery, and associated ground station architecture coupled with automated algorithmic-based processing to deliver data-fueled, actionable insight to fleet level customers; Provided programming, planning, budgeting, & resource sponsorship coupled with capability & requirements development for all aspects of an innovative, high-priority, high-visibility $26 million space-based remote sensing program to the CNO for Information Warfare, Cyber, Intelligence & Space; expert in military space strategy & policy; learning about commercial space earth observing systems, satellites, & sensors and their application in big data derived analytics.
